Residents living on State
lands in Bagatelle, Diego Martin and its environs are now demanding that
the Government regularise all squatters who have certificates of comforts
and provide them with deeds before the upcoming elections, or else.
The residents, who said they were also currently
seeking legal advice, were in a defiant mood yesterday, as they criticised
their MP, Dr Keith Rowley, for referring to the "same people who
put him there" as lawbreakers and criminals. |
