One of the few pictures that CBC News was allowed to take at Camp Delta, where detainees are currently held. Camp 5 is a $16-million facility based on the design of a maximum security prison. The U.S. military says, "the detainees deemed to be the highest threat to themselves, other detainees or guards, as well as detainees considered to be the most valuable intelligence assets, are housed here."
